Crispy corn is a delicious snack that can be made easily at home. Here is a simple recipe that you can follow:

Ingredients:

1 cup of corn kernels
2 tablespoons of cornflour
1 tablespoon of rice flour
1 teaspoon of red chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying
Chaat masala for garnishing
Instructions:

Boil the corn kernels in salted water for 5-7 minutes or until they are tender. Drain the water and pat dry the corn kernels.

In a mixing bowl, add cornflour, rice flour, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well.

Add the boiled and dried corn kernels to the mixing bowl and coat them well with the flour mixture.

Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, add the coated corn kernels in batches and fry until they turn golden brown and crispy.

Use a slotted spoon to remove the fried corn kernels and place them on a paper towel to absorb any excess oil.

Sprinkle chaat masala on top of the crispy corn and serve hot.

Your homemade crispy corn is ready to be enjoyed as a snack or a side dish.
