My name is Richard H. Harrison Jr I am a wrongfully convicted person and I have one case left to be overturned so I am asking for any body who cares to please read my go fund me and simply think about what I am going through being that I am a wrongfully convicted person. My case is very complex and yet it is not, I am charged with a sexual assault and it was something I could never have done or ever bring myself to do. I was hoping the person who reads this will understand I am fighting not just to prove my innocence, but also show what happen and why she he legal system has failed me on so many levels. After 13 years I have had 8 out of 9 cases overturned and the last case out of Dane county Wisconsin. Case number 17-cf-2770 which was the craziest situation I have ever been in. My attorney Fred Bourg tried to fight for me at trial but was not able to because he was never given the complete discovery and 15 minutes before trial the district attorney gave my attorney 23 pages of never before seen alleged statements. Thus leaving him with no way to defend me, after the trial began it was clear he my attorney Fred Bourg was having trouble forming sentence's and even making any sense which was caused by some kinda of medical situation he was having. At one point in the trial he/ attorney Fred Bourg even requested he be allowed to stop the trial and go back to his hotel to take his medication. During the trial the district attorney was listening to my attorney phone calls which is a violation of client attorney confidentiality law. The district attorney was hiding witness to change the witness testimony to look like what one witness was saying was true even though the district attorney knew it was a out right lie. The only two witness Christina Tate and Correy Burgess said on the stand they did not know each other and the district attorney knew this was a lie because she had phone conversation of the two talking to each other from the grant county jail as well as this very corrupt detective named Maya koyjonovich who also went and spoke to them both. This was and should have been part of the discovery. When the district attorney realized the witness testimony was changing while on the stand the district attorney immediately made the detective unavailable and Correy Burgess disappear from reach of my attorney Fred Bourg. So I was not able to show not only did they know each but that they had a clear motive.
To who's taking the time to read, I was offered a 4 year plea deal and I refused it because I am innocent!!! Over the years I have done everything I can to get the proof and factual evidence to show I am innocent, by writing 100 of letters to the Court's innocent programmes and various other foundations to request help to which nobody ever really responded. Then one day I met some very good people from several other organization who were helping me with some trauma from my past and I was given some hope and strength to keep fighting to prove my innocence. I now have everything I need to win a court hearing but the one thing every person needs.

This however requires money and with out it I will spend the rest of my life in prison for a crime I never committed.
