However, it also has a sizable campus in the southern city of Tainan, Taiwan's fourth largest city and my hometown. In this video, we look at how Tainan, a city more known for its amazing beef soup, turned into a technology powerhouse. And why that might not have turned out as intended for the Tainan people.
