Cairn terrier 2nd day of adverse reactions from Proheart12 shot

My foster dog cairn terrier is experiencing severe adverse reactions from Proheart12 (about 48hours prior to this video), which was given to him without my consent at a vet office. This video is the 2nd day of reactions about 72 hours after the shot.

He's experiencing ataxia, lathargy, panting heavily, immobility of his hind legs, extreme thirst, confusion, and other symptoms. This is similar to his adverse reaction a year ago with Trifexis, which was why I did not consent to the proheart 12 shot. Do not allow vets to give these pesticides to your dogs!
