Cairn terrier adverse reaction to proheart12 vaccine #2

My foster dog cairn terrier is experiencing severe adverse reactions from Proheart12 (about 48hours prior to this video), which was given to him without my consent at a vet office.

He's experiencing ataxia, lathargy, panting heavily, immobility of his hind legs, extreme thirst, confusion, and other symptoms. This is similar to his adverse reaction a year ago with Trifexis, which was why I did not consent to the proheart 12 shot. Do not allow vets to give these pesticides to your dogs!
