Hours-long SWAT standoff ends with man in custody

The Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation said in a statement that the Highland County Sheriff's Office requested it investigate an "officer-involved critical incident" Wednesday afternoon. Hours later, a man was taken into custody.
