What is a Stronghold?

What beliefs do you have? I'm not referring to your faith; I'm asking what do you believe about yourself or about what happens in this world. Are you willing to build a fortress around that belief so that no one can take it from you? A stronghold can be both good and bad. I want to tear down the bad ones.
