Today was my Frist time stuffing Pepperoncini preppers and they turned out amazingly. You'd think these little dudes would be hard to stuff but surprisingly they are tough little buggers and hold up well during the stuffing process. Unfortunately I messed up filming the end result and ate them before I double checked my footage LOL my bad! 🫑🌶️
