FSD 11.4.6 Quarter Mile "Fail" Drive

Demonstration Drive - "Quarter Mile Failure"

This relatively simple quarter mile stretch of road produces the following problems:
- Fail to right on red,
- Lane changes into the wrong lane 0.1 to 0.2 miles from a turn,
- Turns back into the correct lane 400 feet out from the turn,
- Stops for the train tracks, thinking it's a traffic light (not active), and
- Holds right turn signal for 0.2 miles while in the right-most lane and the next turn is left.

The first item happens almost every drive on this route. The 2nd, 3rd, and last items occur every time. I don't recall the "stopping for train" one, except most of the time I manually take control by then anyway.
