Palestinian children study in tents after school building demolished by Israeli army

The EU-funded primary school in West Bank’s Area C has reopened and is now holding classes in tents after its building was demolished by Israeli forces for 'lack of a construction permit'. An EU representative to the Palestinian Territories called Israel’s decision ‘illegal under international law' stating that 'children's right to education must be respected’.
