NEW: COURT HEARING SET ON LAWSUIT TO RELEASE TENNESSEE “MANIFESTO”

Judicial Watch filed a public records lawsuit for records about the March 27, 2023, shooting at The Covenant School in Tennessee, including the reported “manifesto” written by the female shooting suspect. The suit is against the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County in The Chancery Court for the State of Tennessee’s 20th District. Judicial Watch filed the lawsuit on behalf of retired Hamilton County Sheriff James Hammond and the Tennessee Firearms Association, Inc. (“TFA”) (No. 23-0542-III).
