Victory Day 2023. Reached My Goal! (Barely)

That's right, managed to lose 4 kilos in a week. I thought it was impossible, but my goal was to be below 70 kg (155 pounds) by vicory day. The last 72 hours had nothing but water, no food at all. Anyway, this morning ate 4 eggs with some sour cream in order to prime my digestive system for what I have planned this afternoon. I am going to eat a pizza (if Stop Pizza is open) and stream it. If I can't do today maybe tomorrow. About 2 months ago started the diet with a weight of around 84 so a solid 14 kilos lost altogether. I could have lost more quicker but I kind of worked into it slowly. I can attest that Keto really works and is much more painless than some of the other diets I've tried in the past. I still want to lose a couple more kilos tho, but my plan is to set my max weight limit at 70 from here on out. So I'm gonna continue on a modified Keto/Paleo diet once I reach my final goal.
