Banana And Oatmeal Dessert
Here's a recipe for a delicious and healthy Banana and Oatmeal Dessert:
Ingredients:
2 ripe bananas, mashed
1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/4 cup almond milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Pinch of salt
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine mashed bananas, oats, applesauce, almond milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
Mix well until all ingredients are well combined.
Grease a baking dish with cooking spray and pour the mixture into the dish.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
Allow the dessert to cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
Optional toppings:
Chopped nuts, such as almonds or pecans
Dried fruit, such as raisins or cranberries
Maple syrup or honey for added sweetness
