Appellate Lawyer Reacts to Closing Arguments in Colorado v. Stauch (bad case; good outcome)

Both the prosecution and the defense put their best foot forward in their closing arguments and argued persuasively. If I had been on the jury I would have given the nod to the prosecution based on their deconstruction of the "knowledge of right and wrong" in this closing argument.
