⚡️⚡️Ukraine Defence Ministry Behind Crimea Bridge Terror Attack - FSB

Russia's Security Services have established the head of Ukraine's ministry, Kirill Budanov, employees and agents were behind the attack which killed four people.

So far an investigation has led to the arrest of five Russian citizens, three Ukrainian and an Armenian, the FSB says.
