Trump found liable for sexual abuse, defamation in E. Jean Carroll case

Former President Donald Trump was held accountable on Tuesday as a federal jury found him liable for sexual abuse and defamation.

The jury, consisting of three women and six men, deliberated for three hours before reaching a decision in writer E. Jean Carroll’s lawsuit, the New York Post reported.

Carroll, 79, maintained a solemn posture as the verdict was announced in Manhattan federal court.
