All That Waits in the Night book review

This #collection of short stories from J. Patrick Lemarr, published by Write Crowd Publishing in 2022, is for reading with ALL the lights on. I purchased this book of 13 tales in the #horror genre from Patrick's booth at the 2022 #imaginarium #convention in Kentucky. The stories are independent tales but have a common thread tying them together--if you pay attention to find it.

I'm also asking viewers to help me find a YA/children's story from the 1970s/80s that mirrors one of the concepts facing The Author Gentry Lumley (struggling and perhaps cursed author in a couple of the twisted tales).
