Neighboring county official criticizes NYC Mayor’s plan to bus migrants to upstate New York

Upstate New York officials have lambasted New York City Mayor Eric Adam’s plan to send willing adult male migrants to locations outside the Big Apple. Rockland County Executive Ed Day told CNN Tuesday that Mayor Adam’s plan is a criminal offense and breaks local zoning laws.
