Video released by Texas Governor Greg Abbott early Tuesday morning shows a hotspot on the border being secured by barbed wire ahead of the Biden administration's ending of the Trump-era Title 42 policy on Thursday and the massive influx of illegal immigration expected to occur as a result. "Other areas will surface for crossing," Abbot wrote. "We will wire them shut also."
