"Which Justice is For Sale?" John Kennedy Has Dem Witness Tongue Tied!

This YouTube video covers a recent Senate hearing in which Democratic witness Mr. Payne was questioned by Senator John Kennedy about his past tweets and his organization's views on the Supreme Court.

The Campaign Legal Center, where Mr. Payne works, claims that the Supreme Court is a threat to democracy on its website.

The hearing focused on the ethical issues surrounding the Supreme Court and the need for transparency, with Senator Kennedy accusing Mr. Payne of insinuating that some justices are for sale and questioning another witness, Mr. Fogle, about the American Civil Liberties Union's payment for Justice Sotomayor's trip to Puerto Rico.
