Kidding Me? Navien refuses to accept RED TAG by National Grid that clearly states INTERNAL GAS LEAK on Navien NCB-240E - they want electronic leak detection that shows PPM. Even a $500 Testo Gas Leak Detector does not show PPM, instead it shows % percentage. UNBELIEVABLE!
