04 Why This Story

This presentation provides an overview of why we are given the particular story we find in the Book of Mormon. Why does Mormon provide the bulk of his abridgment information with the Nephite migration from the City of Nephi to the City of Zarahemla? Reading between the lines of the Book of Mormon provides us with inferred information that is fleshing out the total record of what God has been doing through the millennia to bring us to this critical time in human history. We are being prepared to receive the Kingdom of our Christ.
