Raspberry Almond Muffins: Use this recipe but use raspberries instead of blueberries and replace vanilla with almond extract.

Coleslaw:
Keto Coleslaw Recipe: I add bell pepper to mine.

Keto Lasagna:
Noodles Substitute- https://www.plainchicken.com/wheres-crust-pizza/
2 packs cream cheese, softened
4 eggs
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
Mix and pour into 2 greased 9x13 pans. Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes.
Cook ground beef and add sauce. Cut one noodle pan into squares.
Cheese mixture- 1 1/2 cups cottage cheese or ricotta, 1/2 cup parmesan cheese,1 egg, basil
Layer lasagna and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.

Fried Catfish: I combined these 2 recipes.

Egg Mixture- 2 eggs, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp thyme, 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar. Mix well
Flour mixture- 1/2 cup coconut flour, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, 1/2 tsp pepper
Pork Panko- 2 cups plain pork rinds, blend in food processor.
Dip fish is egg and then flour and then back in egg and then Panko. Fry in oil for 4 minutes on each side.
