As a Certified Used Car Tech at a Toyota Dealership, we have to remove aftermarket gas caps on all Toyota certified used cars. Some of the cars, traded in or from auction, some didn't have the aftermarket gas cap key.

So this is how we did it and charged used car sales department 1.0 hours labor.
