For 2 weeks the car was running without the leaking heater core. So now, friend had the money to buy the core I ordered in Ebay. During that time, the heater core was bypassed by rerouting the top hose from the inlet heater core pipe to the lower heater core outlet pipe on the engine side. By doing that, it stopped the coolant going into the heater core.
