2003 X-Type. Replacing the front brake rotors with my son, Landen.

ATTENTION: If you are going to change the brake pads. Before starting you vehicle and driving.
Do not forget to pump the brake pedal to pressurize the caliper piston.

This vehicle at highway speeds while braking the steering wheel shakes excessively and I can feel brake pedal pulsation too.

Problem area: The front rotors are warped/uneven because of excessive heat and/or the rotor is too thin from previous job of rotor resurfacing, so it stays hot and does not have enough time to cool down.
Possible there is rust build up too.
Your mechanic should tell you if the rotors is too thin to resurface. The rotors will show minimum specifications stamped or cast on it.

The brake pads were previously replaced and rotors were resurfaced a couple months ago, a job that I did not do.
It is recommended to replace the old rotors with new rotors. If I were to resurface it again it will just warp eventually.
