Replacing the thermostat housing on a 2006 Ford Explorer.
The leak was coming from the coolant temperature sensor. I'm positive the rubber o-ring was bad.
Friend bought the part before I diagnosed it. So I suggested just to replace the whole part because I have replaced a few when I worked at the dealer, that the housing was cracked on the parting line.
This part replacement was done a year ago, December 2015
