Do the World Titles still hold leverage in todays boxing? Or is bucks over belts the new criteria?

Are belts still important to you as a boxing fan? Gervonta Davis has no major belts at 135 but is considered by most as the new face of boxing, Haney on the other hand holds all the World Titles at 135 and is not considered in any conversations concerning the "Face of Boxing" Here are my thoughts.
