so the story goes...
friend had went to a local shop to diagnose a, "no hot air coming out from the vents". he left the car for the weekend because he had to go out of town.
after 2 days of diagnosing, they called and told him all is good and everything is working well. They said there is hot air coming out of the vents.
when he got the car he paid the diagnosis fee of $70.
but before he drove off he wanted to see if it's true that there was hot air.
there was no hot air at all!!
he was pissed!!
so friend demanded a refund and got it. manager called the tech and told him to go home.
manager was very sorry and apologized for what happened and was hoping to see him at the next oil change. friend told him he will never comeback to a place that ripoffs customers.
