Ruger PC Carbine Model 1922 Part 3 - Charging Handle

"The majority of humans are right-handed (a whopping 85-90%) . . ." So why is the charging handle on the right side!?! Thank you Ruger for giving me the option to move it to the correct side so I don't have to move my right hand to charge the rifle or reach over the top with my left!!!
