The Royal Keukenhof Flower Park, also called the Garden of Europe, is the national pride of the Netherlands and one of the main attractions of the country, included in all tourist guides and reference books as a must-see place. True, this can be done only in the spring and for only two months.

After the Second World War, Holland's flower exports brought the main income to the treasury and private farms.

The park received its first guests in 1949 at the initiative of the mayor of Lisse, who offered exporters to show their products in one place in the open. In 2018, the Dutch Flower Show was visited by 1.4 million people from 100 countries.

Gardeners form vibrant flower beds, planting more than 7 million tulips, crocuses, daffodils, freesias, hyacinths, lilies, irises, carnations and orchids every year. Blooming buds fill the air with delicate aromas, and the variety of shapes and colors is amazing.
