This morning, I came across a TikTok while stretching post-workout at the gym saying if you work out to lose weight, 99.9% of the time, you are being Fatphobic. I wish I was making it up-but sadly, it was hardly surprising to me after months of witnessing modern culture in America destroy health in the name of so-called progress.

Apparently, it's "healthier" to eat Lucky Charms than to eat a steak in modern America. We've convinced ourselves it's "healthier" to perform gender-altering surgery on kids, instead of protecting their mental health in the long run. It's "healthier" to stop working out and instead sit on the couch, at the risk of being assumed to be fatphobic.

It's gotten so bad that the CDC is adjusting development goals for kids, changing the definition of obesity for children. Nope--not joking.

Why are we so hellbent on destroying health? What can we do about it?
