What Deliverance Is and Is Not... 1

I am beginning some teachings of what deliverance is and is not... To begin with deliverance is something that has taken a dry spell within Christianity. Virtually all but eliminated through cessationist teachings along with the gifting of the Spiritual Gifts of the Holy Spirit... Yet deliverance and healing made up a very large part of the ministry that Jesus carried throughout the land within His Gospel... Jesus has told us all in His Commission to take the Gospel throughout the land. We are to take His Gospel in it's fullness and not the weakened and water down versions we tend to share today...

In this first teaching I am addressing something that is purely a doctrine of demons that includes the religious spirit found within a major majority of churches today... The spirit of religion most always wants to cast a blame and shame upon the person seeking deliverance and healing. There are many well seasoned, gifted of the Holy Spirit, mature walking men and women who are indeed children of God and have been for many many years who become targets of the demonic and witchcraft attacks... Yet the most common help they receive from churches and even within some who profess to be workers in deliverance,,, You have unforgiveness in your life,,, You have unrepentant sin in your life,,, You still have open doors that you haven't renounced... How untrue this is as well as how condemning are these responses... I'm not speaking of new believers in this instance but seasoned believers who have been Born Again for 10 to 25 years or more and have been actively being used by the Holy Spirit in their giftings to build up the Body of Christ... Yes by all means when we come to Jesus first we must Repent, we must Forgive as we have been forgiven and when we have been especially involved in the occult or anything pagan as well as worship of false gods including living our lives as our own god. we must also renounce these lifestyles and offerings we have made within them... But in this message I am speaking of brothers and sisters who have done so several years back and have already given their lives as Holy and Pleasing Sacrifices which is pleasing to God (Romans 12:1)...

The religious spirit tells people that you need to repent, forgive and renounce to keep from getting attacked demonically, even well after all these have all been done and taken care of and even after major deliverance years ago... A lie from the very pits of Hell itself... Yes deliverance is not just a one time process in our, just as deliverance is not a one size fits all process...

There is a lot of talk about pronouns today. I saw a meme that showed some of the pronouns that demons used when the spoke out to Jesus,,, We, Us, They... Jesus even used pronouns speaking about evil spirits... Jesus said They hated Me and They will hate you also... We all know and use the passage of Ephesians 6 and should have the understanding by now that we do not wrestle against flesh and blood... When Jesus said They hated Me and They will hate you also, He was not referring the religious elite or even the people of the world. Jesus was speaking about the They as the evil demonic spirits that are willing to do whatever possible to take and keep us away from the Kingdom of Heaven... Jesus also said that He is the Light of the World. And we as Born Again are referred to as Children of Light... Evil loves darkness and works in darkness and will come against us to try and extinguish our light... We are in a constant war with powers of darkness and these evil spirits will do all they can to dim or extinguish our light. And it is not always because of the lack of repentance, forgiveness and wide open doors that always bring forth demonic spirits or witchcraft into our personal lives. But because they are still working with all they have to extinguish the Light of Christ Jesus within us...
