Meaning the fact that there are usually two people involved, and there is a single minded attention brought to the subject. And so Abraham elaborates that we can take those elements of this particular subject and use it toward other subjects in our lives. For example, we could go into mediation with an intention of singled minded focus on relaxing our mind and releasing thoughts. We could also make sure this time-slot takes priority in your life. For instance you could start this process every morning before you start your day. Or you could also do this process in the evening right before you go to bed. This is one way we could use the tools learned from different subjects. Another example is when we are playing video games, or board games we usually are very focused on the competitive spirt of the moment. We don't answer text messages, answer emails, or take phone calls. And we are focused on our fellow human friends and family right with us. What could we accomplish if we were singled minded about our good feeling subjects everyday? What would our broadcast signal feel like ? Who would we be? These questions are great to ask, and great to pose to our inner beings so that we may feel who we really are. Because that is the prize!
