Camera Catches a Near Collision of Navy Ships. Camera Removed

A camera in San Diego captured the near collision between to United States Navy vessels, the USS MOMSEN and the USS HARPERS FERRY. The camera was removed by the Parks Service after the US Navy "requested" its removal.
