And so Abraham explains what it means to focus on your good feeling thought. The power of our focus is what will take us into our next manifestation whether we enjoy them or not. It is up to us, and our focus, yes we can focus on less favorable circumstances and simmer there for a while or forever. Granted it's not always easy but it is possible. When we create our addiction or obsession to our good feeling, we will try every tool we have in order to uplift our vibration. I have not always found it easy or practical to feel better when I am not feeling better. But one thing gives me relief right away and that is knowing I can get back to where I was feeling if i decide too at a later moment. So it's more of relaxing into the stream, and taking a stance of " this too shall pass ."
