I DON'T FEEL SAVED ANYMORE / Pastor Bob's Coffee Break

Dear Pastor Bob: I have been watching you for a few years. I watch every morning while I have breakfast before I leave for work. And it really helps me. My question is: Lately I have been feeling like I have been pretending to be a Christian, just so I don't go to hell. I gave my life to Christ in the early 90's. But life has happened and I know I have fallen away a couple of times. How do I know that I am actually saved? And if I am actually saved is it bad that I feel that I should be an advocate for animals more than for people? I don't feel like I have a calling to help people. I feel like the calling is to help animals. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much for your time.
