So you've got your PS4 all set up for HEN, but you're worried about that DNS server you connect to going down? Or you're tired of opening up a payload hosting tool on your computer every time you use your PS4? This method utilizing the ESP8266 board lets you easily launch payloads for your PS4, independent of any DNS or self-hosted services, all while keeping your console offline at the same time! The ESP8266 board gets flashed with a custom made file containing a webpage, payloads, and all the settings your PS4 needs to be redirected. Simply connect to the WiFi network this board transmits, load up a webpage, and you're ready to rock!

If your PlayStation 4 is on any firmware higher than 6.72, you cannot utilize this tutorial. Downgrading a console is not possible either, so you must wait for an updated exploit to come out or purchase a second console on a low enough firmware.
