Speed Hiking Burr Oak State Park | FKT Hiking Challenge | 22 Miles in Under 5 Hours

Will I be able to hike around the 22 mile Burr Oak Lake in under 5 hours? Come along with me as I attempt to establish the first ever FKT at Burr Oak State Park in Glouster Ohio.

Over a year ago I set a personal challenge for myself to try and circumnavigate Burr Oak Lake in one afternoon. This was done unsupported and was some great training for future ultralight thru-hiking.
