Training Day and a Cookout With The Colonel!

Today was the my final long training day before starting my tapering period just weeks before my unsupported FKT attempt on the Sheltowee Trace. I was picked up at the end of the day by my buddy the Colonel for a cookout over the open fire at Caesar Creek State Park.
