Jordan Neely Black man choked to death by White man on video still no charges. This video is about a Homeless black man Jordan Neely who was put in a chokehold on a New York subway and was killed. It was ruled a homicide as outrage grows over Jordan Neely death across the country. This incident was caught-on video and the white male Marine has not been charged yet. The city of New York medical examiner found the cause of victim Jordan Neely’s death was compression of the neck. The finding is a critical piece of the investigation as police said they were awaiting the results of the autopsy before determining if criminal charges should be filed against 24 year-old Daniel Penny of Queen new York.
