VATP Chairman Nelson Velez ups the challenge from mere talking to Action!

Oh, make no mistake - THERE WILL BE TALKING - But there will also be action. Action that includes a surgical strike plan, partnership with what he terms "Our Natural Allies", and the upcoming VATP Summer Summit entitled "Enemies: Seen and Unseen".
