Understand that you are not your body, you are not your mind, you are not your emotions, you are not your thoughts, you are not your job, you are not your relationships, you are not your possessions, you are not your social status. You are not your self-identity. You are not your experiences. Who you are is the you that is observing all of this. You will find peace when you discover who you are at the deepest level.
