NOT FEELING THE MIND MUSCLE CONNECTION?!?? …. Try switching too machine rope curls. This forces the muscle to keep constant tension and help build better mind muscle connection.

Rope hammer curls: Attach the rope to the cable machine and hold the ends of the rope with a neutral grip (palms facing each other). Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and curl the rope up towards your shoulders, keeping your elbows close to your sides. Lower the rope back down to the starting position and repeat.
