Pastor Robert L. Carpenter II has been an anointed, gifted church organist, musician & hymnologist for over 44 years.

He started as a drummer accompanying Joann Anderson Blount at Mount Calvary Baptist Church of Stuart, Florida. However, he was taught and trained in the hymns of the church at the historic Port Salerno Church of God under the late Dr. Barbara Gilbert Anderson, Rev. Alfred E. Patton, the late Mother Mary Mackey Jones and on the District & State level under the tutelage of the late great Bishop Prince Albert Nesbitt, Jr.

All of this while being trained in public schools by Leon Nall, Harriet Washington, Allen Gilbert, Ronald L. Corbin, and Rob Roadman in vocal and instrumental music.
