Cooking Delicious Recipes Lamb curry Japanese Japanese curry easy recipe cook along red wine minimal spicy

Welcome back to another episode of Yeti Kitchen!
Today we're making a Japanese-inspired curry lamb dish. Using minimal ingredients that are easy to find, I show you how to create a delicious hearty dish. The items needed are as follows:

3 medium-sized potatoes
1 large carrot
2 medium-sized onions
5 garlic cloves
1 scotch bonnet pepper
2 tablespoons of ginger or "a large chunk" of ginger
2 roux blocks
10-20 ounces of sliced lamb leg
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp instant coffee
2 oz of bitter dark chocolate
1 tablespoon of monk fruit sugar (or any sort of sweetener)
2/3 cup of red wine
2 cups of stock
2 tomatoes
