Neighbor calls Allen mall shooter a “loner”

A neighbor of the Allen, Texas mall shooter described him as a “loner” who could be seen walking up and down the block alone. He reported, however, that there was no obvious “red flag” that would have indicated he would follow through with such a heinous crime.
