Investigation underway after a vehicle plows through crowd of people at a migrant facility

A Land Rover ran into a group of people at a migrant facility in Brownsville, Texas, killing seven and injuring up to six people. Officials say a male driver was detained by the police and that the investigation into the matter is ongoing.
