Evony #servers are borked low bandwidth on their server, is evony seriously on their game ???

I have a stable network of wifi connection, yet evony servers are having low bandwidth connection which occurred many problems during game play i thought will fresh install will help me to improve game as they have launched 6 new updates in past week until now, yet the game is completely broke , Bog , boc worst game play encounter from every server people's ,

they are waiting for the 10th all star battlefiels, and the game sucks due to low bandwidth is evony seriously taking the game or trying to make people switch to other games ?
