WARNING: Do not attempt this while wearing sleeves.
In all seriousness, I don’t recommend this if you’re new to the gym or train inconsistently. If you have been hammering the gym non-stop for at least a couple years and your arms are plateaued this workout might benefit you. Not for the faint of heart. If you make it out alive you have my respect. Good luck.
